This is a brand new blog with the intention of teaching the average Wikidot user (or anyone else that's interested) how to create simple but useful programs using the Java programming language.
Every time you learn a new programming language, you're going to want to start with the bare basics. And one of the best examples of that is the familiar "Hello, World!" application. In the next blog post, I'm going to go through that example and explain what every line means and how it works.
After that, I'll show you how to make your first Java program!
